Waimate-Christchurch Road Cycle Race By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, September 30. The handicaps for the Waimate to Christchurch cash cycle road race over -acourse of 145 miles next Saturday were announced to-day. Nearly a hundred riders have been nominated. The scratch men are H.
