Taranaki Meeting GOING IMPROVED Prospects For To-day (By Telegraph.—From “The 'Watcher.”) New Plymouth, August 30. The westerly depression passed over to-day and the weather is now briil>autly fine with the promise of a good day tomorrow. The going will be considerably improved, but will still be on the soft side. A change has been made in the order of races, and the Ladies’ Necklace will now be the first event.
