YEHUDI MENUHIN
The last opportunity for many years will be afforded music-lovers and the public at large to-morrow evening of hearing the most sensationally successful celebrity of our time, Yehudi Menuhin. Audiences which occupied the Town Hall auditorium from the back of the hall right up to the pipes of the grand organ, leaving only elbow room on the platform for the artists, greeted Yehudi Menuhin on each concert night in Wellington, and indications are that another capacity house will bid farewell to this genius of the violin to-morrow night. Five hundred additional chairs will lie installed for this appearance. A special section of the hall will be held for sale at the unreserved price at the doors. Menuhin plays with such perfection. not only the works of. Paganini in their complete version, which it is claimed no one else dares to play to-day. lint the works of Bacli and Beethoven as Paganini never dared to do in publie outside iiis private home.
