Democratic Regime For Yugoslavia PRESS CENSORSHIP ENDS By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received June 25, 7.20 p.m.) Belgrade, June 24. In order to pave the way for a democratic regime, M, Stojadinovitch, exMinister of Finance, will be Premier and Foreign Minister. The new Premier formerly studied in England, Two parties, the Slovene Clericals and Bosnian Moslems, are represented in Cabinet for the first time since the dictatorship which they opposed, their leaders suffering internment iu consequence. Newspapers last evening appeared uncensored for rhe first time in seven years. A message dated June 20 stated that following the resignations of the Ministers of War, Finance, Physical Education, Commerce, and thiblic Works because the Government had not dissociated itself from members’ insults against the Croats, the Yugoslavian Premier, M. Yevtitch, had handed in the resignations of the entire Cabinet.
