CARNIVAL DANCE

Returned Soldiers’ Association There was a very large attendance at the It.S.A. Hall, Lower Hutt, last evening, at the carnival dance organised by the association. The distribution of multi-coloured paper caps, squeakers, and other novelties, and the liberation of confetti all added to the gaiety, and a savoury supper was provided. During the evening a graceful exhibition of the quick-step and slow waltz was given. The committee was as follows: —Colonel Butcher, Mr. E. Pattison, Mr. AV. Daniel, -Major and Mrs. 11.
