Vancouver, June 8.

The steamer Anten, loaded here for Australia by non-union labour, was refused mooring facilities by the Seattle dock workers in sympathy with the Vancouver strikers. The vessel may proceed without its Seattle cargo. Thirteen deep-sea ships are tied np in port here.
