ORANGE FLUMMERY Take 3 tablespoons sugar, j-cup orange juice, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon flour, juice 1 lemon,'l orange, I dessertspoon (}oz.) gelatine, 1 cup (1-pint) boiling water. Put boiling water and sugar in a saucepan and carefully add flour mixed to a smooth paste with a little cold water. Stir well andcook for about 5 ininuteL Add orange juice. Dissolve the gelatine in i-cup boiling water. Add dissolved; gelatine to the other liquid., Stir thoroughly and allow to cool.' When beginning to thicken whisk until thick and foamy. Peel banan.a and orange. Arrange orange sections in china or glass dish; add. chopped banana, pour flummery mixture on top. Decorate with whipped cream.
