PLAN TO CREATE WORK
No Overtime in France BILL TO BE INTRODUCED (Received January 20, 6.20 p.m.) London, January 19. The Paris correspondent of “The Times” says that the Government has authorised the Minister of Labour to introduce n Bill forbidding industrial and commercial undertakings to work overtime. Other measures designed to reduce unemployment are also being considered.
