Duke Finds Relief From Pageantry (Received October 28,11.30 p.m.) Melbourne, October 28. The Huke of Gloucester returned to Melbourne on Saturday night and left immediately for a rest in the country for a few days at the home of Major Allan Currie. He thoroughly enjoyed his tour of Gippsland, finding the silence of the forest a welcome change from the pomp of pageantry of Canberra. FLAG RETURNED Taken From Royal Car (Received October 28, 5.5 p.m.Syihiey, October 27. The Royal Standard pilot flag which was stolen from the Duke of Gloucester's car a t Canberra has been returned to the police with an anonymous letter apologising for taking it.
