Boguey Ogpu is lost. Boguey Ogpu is Felicity’s dog, and he disappeared most mysteriously yesterday evening. Felicity is nearly demented. She has rung up every home within a mile's radius; she has advertised in vehement tones; she has paced the streets aud inquired of every policeman in town. There is still not a sign of Boguey Ogpu. “I’m sure he’s somewhere in town,” said Felicity, tearfully. “I’ll just have to keep on searching the streets till I find him. Luckily I can pick up a little news round town at the same time.” She cheered up. “Here’s some I heard to-day.”
