Cyclist F. Grose Included

The Canterbury cyclist F. Grose will be a member of the New Zealand Empire Games team. Yesterday Mr. H. Amos, secretary of the Olympic and British Empire Games Association, stated that he had been informed by Mr. H. D. Bennett, chairman of the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association, that F. Despite efforts by the Otago Swimming Centre to have his nomination approved, being willing to raise the necessary money, Jarvis is excluded from the New Zealand team for the Empire Games.
