The Council of the New Zealand Golf Association has been advised of the following forthcoming tournaments: — Harewood Golf Club (Christchurch): Canterbury provincial amateur mixed foursome championship and Canterbury provincial amateur foursomes championship, commencing ou -May 19. Akarann Golt Club: Amateur tournament, June 2 to 4, Dannevlrke Golf Club: Annual tournament, June 4, Eltham Golf Club: Auntial tournament, Julie 2 to 4. Hamilton Golf Chib: Open tournament tor the Waikato Winter Show Cup, June -1. .Masterton Golf Club: Annual tournament, June 2 to 4.
Otahuhu Golt Club: Open tournament, June 4. Pahiatua Golt Club: Annual tournament, June 2 to 4.
Poverty Bay Golt Club: King’s Birthday tournament, June 2 to 4. Te Arolia. Golt Club: Annual tournament, June 2 to 4.
Timaru Golf Club: South Canterbury amateur championship tournament, June 4, Taumarunui Golf Club: King’s Birthday tournament and King Country open amateur championship meeting. June 4. Titahi Golt Club (Wellington); Open tournament, Juno 2 to 4. Walroa Golt Club: Open tournament, Juno 2 to 4, Rotorua Golt Club: Rotorua open amateur championship and handicap tournament, August 21, 22. 23, and 24. Rotorua Golt Club: Annual contest for N.Z. Veterans' Cup aud 'tournament on handicap (age limit, 55), August 28. 29, 30, and 31.
Waipukurau Golf Club: Annual tournament. August 30, 31, and September 1. Tauranga Golf Club: Bay of Plenty championship, August 25. Poverty Bay Golf Clulb: Annual tournament, September 6,7, and 8. Wanganui Golf Club: Provincial tournament, September 13, 14, and 15. New Zealand open and amateur championships, Wanganui Golf Club’s links, October 5 to 13.
Victorian Golf Association, Melbourne (Melbourne Centenary, 1934): Open, amateur, and professional golf championship to be held on the course of the Metropolitan Golt Club, Oakleigh, Victoria. Australia, from November I’s to November 24.
