Public Trustee as Executor
On the application of the solicitor to tlie Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court has granted probate of the wills of the following persons to the Public Trustee, the executor named in such wills :~MJav_oline Margaret Anne Anderson. of Wellington, widow: Thomas Henry Davey, of Christchurch, relived journalist; Mary Dee. of Dunedin, married woman; Wilson Dyer, formerly of Wellington, late of Christchurch, butcher; George Henry Edwlards. • of Hastings. labourer; Thomas Godkin. of Taurakawa. farmer; Francis John Hart, of Christchurch, retired farmer; Mary Hassall, of Stratford, widow; William Henrv Henning, of Akaroa, retired shipping agent: Fannie Johnston, of Waitara. widow; Eleanor Susan Lees, of Auckland, married woman: Jane McCullagh. of Auckland, spinster; Charles Henrv Parsons, of Lower Hutt, retired farmer; Elizabeth Jane Pollock. of Christchurch, widow; John Charles Thomson, of Riverton, retired iournalist; Euphomia Wallace, of Invercargill, widow.
The Public Trustee was also constituted bv the Supreme Court administrator of the estates of the following persons: —-Benjamin Ralph Moftram. of Christchurch. school-teacher; Frances Helen Neal, of Napier, widow; Matthew Henry Potts, of Dunedin, retired farmer; Pearl Wilkinson, formerly of Shannon, late of Otaki. widow.
