SUDDEN STATE ACTION
Municipal Council Dissolved HINT OF IRREGULARITIES (Received December 13, 9.55 p.m.) Sydney, December 13. Sudden and unprecedented action was taken by the Government to-day when it dissolved the Bankstown Muni cipal Council and appointed an admin istrator until a fresh election is held The Government acted on an adverse official report, which is alleged to reveal irregularities in the tenders for a sanitary contract.
