Minister and Congregation B.v Telcgrnoli.— Press’ Association Palmerston North, December 13. - At a large congregational meeting of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church to-night, held to hear the Rev. D. D. Scott. Moderator of the General Assembly.* deliver the assembly’s desire to see* a reconciliation between the minister, the Rev. G. P. Brown, and the congregation, a motion was carried- by a large majority the support of 21 office-bearers.
