BANANAS FROM FIJI
Christmas Presents For Unemployed By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, December 12. Two thousand bunches of bananas given by the banana shippers of Fiji for New Zealand unemployed, and transported freight free, arrived by the Waipahi to-day. They will also be delivered' free of charge, each bunch being accompanied by a Christmas card bearing greetings to the recipients.
