MORE FINE WEATHER
Conditions in Wellington Another summer day was experienced in Wellington yesterday. The weather was warm and sunny, with a northerly breeze prevailing. The maximum temperature for the day was 72.3 degrees ,gnd at 4 p.m. 68.9 degrees. Fine summer weather again prevailed in Auckland, a light northerly wind was blowing and conditions were very hot. The weather was again warm and muggy in Christchurch with an hour’s sunshine in the afternoon. A light easterly breeze was blowing. There was a continuation of warm summer weather in Dunedin. The sun shone from a clear sky In the morning, but there was a change after 2 p.m., when the sky became overcast and warm showers fell. The maximum temperature at midday was 72’degrees; A light north-east wind in the morning changed to. th© south-west later.
