BANDITS DEFEATED
Troops Storm Funing Peking, November 6. After fierce night fighting in which hundreds of bandits were killed. Government forces stormed Funing with the aid of artillery, and remnants of the outlaws fled to the hills. It 1b believed that the bandit problem in the Lwan region is settled.
