£10,000,000 LOAN
Commonwealth Decision Melbourne, November 7. Tlie Ixian Council has decided to raise a loan of £10,000,000. halt to be utilised to fund outstanding Treasury bills, anij half to be applied for a loan works programme for various Governments. The loan will be underwritten by the Commonwealth Bank, the terms being 31 per cent, at £99 for a period of ten years.
