CRUISE TO ATLANTIC
U.S. Fleet in Pacific Washington, November 3. Following a conference on Friday between President Roosevelt and the Secretary of the Navy (Mr. Swanson) it was announced that the movement of the United States fleet from the Pacific to the Atlantic was being seriously considered. It was later announced that President Roosevelt had authorised the cruise of the fleet into Atlantic waters next summer.
