CARELESS MOTORISTS
Action by London Police (British official Wireless.) (Received November 5, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby. November 3. As a result of a new order which took effect to-day the Loudon motor police patrols will exercise au increased vigilance on motor drivers who display carelessness or luck of consideration ou toads. The purpose of the order is to reduce traffic accidents by warning or prosecuting motorists whose driving makes them liable to become definitely dangerous.
