Mussolini Gives Advice NEED OF FASCISM Koine, November 2. Signor Mussolini gave a reception to the National Council of Italian Journalists at the Palazzo Venezia. Speaking as a working journalist he said that Fascism needed militant journalism from the leader to trade advertisements. "Your paper must serve the cause. Petty polemics are dead. Reporting sensational crime is dead, the panorama is too vast for that.” Ho concluded: “Give up hyperbole; be concise.”
