Water on Milk Lorry A charge of carrying water on a milk lorry was the subject of a reserved judgment delivered by Mr. E. Page, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday, when he fined Fandallah Khouri 10/-. It was pleaded for the defenceJhat a manager had sole charge of Khouri’s farm, and that defendant was unaware that water was being carried on the milk vehicle.
