‘BACK-TO-CHILDHOOD’ BALL
The various sub-committecs who have charge of arrangements in connection with the “back-to-childhood” ball, which will be held in the Town Hall to-night have everything in reaamess for a gorgeous .mu spectacular culmination to their efforts. Provision has been made for a hos . or novel attractions, which will be interspersed with the dancing and in addition there will be valuable prizes for the best juvenile costumes. These will include the best, “girl,” best boy, best urchin, best pair, best baby, and best group of four or more. The committee desires that patrons attend in juvenile costume, ilannels, or evening dress. Special arrangements have been made in the matter of transport, the 3/6 tickets including admission to the ballroom, supper, and free taxi transport to and from the Town Hall. It is desired in this connection that reservations be made at once at any of the offices advertised in another column, or through telephone 55-100. , The “back-to-childhood” ball proceeds will be devoted to the campaign of Miss Eve Craddock, transport and power princess, in the National Confidence Carnival.
