Allegation of Adultery

Dissolution of his marriage with Margaret Mary Nipport on grounds of adultery was. sought by Edward Frederick William Nippert in a case beard before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, and a jury .of . twelve in the Su preme Court yesterday. George Farrar was named as co-respondent. In addi tion, petitioner-asked for custody of the one child of the marriage, and costs against co-respondent. Mr. R. Herbert Webb appeared for petitioner, Mr. A. F. Hogg for respondent, and Mr. J. D. Willis for co-respondent. The case for the defence was proceeding when the adjournment was taken until this morning. A decree nisi on the ground of separation was granted Mary Kathleen Luxford against Frank William Luxford by Mr. Justice Blair. Mr. D. R. Hoggard, with him Mr. A, W. Free, appeared for petitioner, and Mr. F. A Swarbrick. Hamilton, for respondent.
