While being towed from Pencarrow early yesterday afternoon by the launch Robey, the Pencarrow Sand and Shingle Company’s barge Maybelle capsized in the southerly swell shortly after she got into the fairway at tlie Heads. There was no one on board the barge at the time. The Robey towed the capsized barge into port, arriving about 6 p.m. The Maybelle will be righted to-day.
