FATAL ARGUMENT
National Recovery Act Causes Bloodshed TENNESSEE- QUARREL New York, October 31. At Newport, Tennessee, an argument over the National Recovery Act to-day resulted in the death of Don Cahill and "the imprisonment of Hugh McMahon, a blacksmith, on a charge of murder. It is stated that the two were engaged in a friendly argument in the blacksmith’s shop, McMahon defend; ing the National Recovery Act against the criticism of his visitor. As tlie argument grew heated, the men began hurling the tools about. Finally tlie biacksmith drew a pistol and shot Cahill. ______
