Vice-Regal, The Governor-General,. Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloe will leave Wellington to-night for Christchurch, where they will undertake a series of public engagements.- Their Excellencies will return to Wellington at. the end of next week.
Mr. J. R. Sutcliffe, principal, was unable to attend the annual sports of Scots College yesterday, as he is in hospital recovering from an operation. Mr. V. F. O. Francis is acting-princi-pal.
