POISON GAS SECRET

Claim by French Chemists Paris, October 13. Two directors of the Clermont Ferrand Institute of Chemistry claim to have discovered a poison gas so powerful that no gas mask yet known can stop it. It is colourless and kills directly by contact with the skin. ' The manufacture is so easy that the whole requirements of national defence could be made in eight days. The discoverers will not reveal the secret even to the French Government, unless the soil of France is invaded unjustifiably.
