Explanation of Functions ADVANTAGES ANALYSED A comprehensive survey of the functions of the proposed Reserve Bank of New Zealand is published on pages 6 and 7 of this issue. Coates, Jn order that the people of the Dominion might fully understand and appreciate the clauses embodied in the Reserve Bank Bill, which was read a first time and circulated at the last session of Parliament.
