STAFF DANCE

Matheson & Wilkinson, Ltd.

The staff dance of Messrs. Matheson and Wilkinson, Ltd., was held on Wednesday last in the Mayfair Cabaret. Ik was most enjoyable, .there being 260 members of the staff and friends present. Mesdames Wilkinson and Matheson acted as hostesses. Two interesting events of the.evening were a tap dance by Muriel and Ken Wilton, and an exhibition dance by Mr. Southern Colledge and partner. There were many novelty dances, Miss Payne and Mr. K. W. Wilkinson being the winners of the Lucky Spot dance. The gathering continued until well into the early hours of next morning, and was voted a huge success by all present. The success of the dance was due entirely to the splendid efforts of the committee, which consisted of Misses E. K. Kenny, D. McNeils, K. M. Sloan and D. M. Ward, and Messrs. A. H. Hines and K. W. H. Penberthy, with Mr. E. Ralston, secretary.
