Mr. H. H. Kenai suggested that. a .circular letter should be sent to associations to that effect, and this was agreed upon. The secretary said the committee proposed to offer to provide one ball for every bull provided by the associations. The chairman reported that all the men selected for the New Zealand team, bad been medically examined and found fit. The secretary reported that the money for the boat fares for the New Zealand team had not yet been received, and he was instructed to cable asking for the amount to be remitted at once. The New Zealand team leaves by Ibe Wanganella on 'May 11. Ofliciuls for the Tour. The chairman reported that the following ollicials had been appointed for. the New Zealand team: Captain, J. Christie (Auckland) ; vice-captain, W. A. Chapman (Otago); selection committee, Mr. 11. L. Godber. captain and vice-captain. E. Barton (Marist) has agreed to look after baggage and transport. F.A. Challenge.

The council received and accepted a challenge from Iho Wellington Football Association to Otago association for the F.A. Trophy, The challenge is to be forwarded Io Ihe Dingo association for a date to be arranged.
