Inglewood, had the whistle. Men’s Po|o Championship: Hawera defeated Eltham in the semi-final of the ►South Taranaki championship by 4 goals to 1. and met Inglewood in the final. Inglewood scored first, and quickly followed up with another. Hawera opening their .account just as half-time sounded. Hawera evened up the score early in the second spell, no further score eventuating. These teams have now met twice io decide which one plays North Taranaki for the provincial championship, a draw resulting each time. The game will be replayed at an early date.
