Condition of Victims By Telegraph—Press Association. Levin, Jan. 26. The condition of the victims of the crossing smash at Ohau yesterday showed an improvement this morning. Mrs. Wallace D’Ath is recovering from shock. Her mother, Mrs. O’Rorke, was the most seriously injured, he ankle being broken. The occupants of the car had a mirac ulous escape from death. Mrs. D’Ath, who was driving, saw the train when it was approaching the crossing and applied the brakes, but they failed to act. The train struck the car heavily and crushed in one side, and it capsized. ______
