XTOTICE is hereby given that at a Spe-J-A cial Meeting of the Wellington City Council held on December 22, 1932. the following resolution was passed : —That the Wellington City Council, pursuant to. the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1926, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, the Finance Act. 1932, No 2, and their respective Amendments, and in pursuance of the Order-in-Council dated the 19th day of December, 1932, and in pursuance and exercise of every other Act and authority in that behalf it enabling, doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order as follows (1) That a Special Loan. of. One hundred thousand pounds (£100,000), to be known as "The Wellington City (Part Melrose District). Drainage ’ Loan, 1908, Renewal Loan, 1933,” be raised-by the Wellington City Council for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a-loan of One hundred thousand pounds (*lOO,000) maturing on the Ist day of May, 1933 (2) That the rate of interest on the Wellington City (Part Melrose District) Drainage Loan, 1908, Renewal Loan, 1933, be not exceeding Five pounds five shillings (£5/5/-). per centum per annum payable half-yearly on the Ist day of November and the Ist day of May in each vear during the currency of the loan being a period of fifteen (la) years from lst day of May, 1933. (3) That a sinking fund of one pound (£1) per centum per annum be established iu connection with the. Wellington CitJ (Part Melrose District) Drainage Loan 190 S, Renewal Loan, 1930. (4) That the security for the interest, sinking fund and other charges and repayment of the Wellington. City (Part Melrose Ditrict) Drainage Loan, 1908, Renewal Loan, 1933, be a special rate of nine onehundredths of a penny (9-100 d in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property within the whole of the Citv of Wellington.
