LIVERPOOL CARGO Cornwall at Auckland The Federal Company yesterday received a further wireless message from tli'e Cornwall, en route from Glasgow and Liverpool, reporting that she now expects to reach (Auckland at 1 p.m. today. She will later proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, to complete discharge, and is due here next Monday. THE MAKURA. The Union Company’s R.M.S. Makura is scheduled to leave San Francisco today for Papeete, Rarotonga, Wellington and Sydney. She is due here on February 6. CITY OF BAGDAD AT AUCKLAND. From New York and Newport News, the A. and A. Line chartered steamer, ■ City of Bagdad, reached Auckland at mid-day yesterday. She is to leave there again to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia, to complete discharge, and is due here on Friday. The Federal Company are the local agents. NORTHUMBERLAND IN PORT. To continue her Homeward loading, the Federal steamer Northumberland is due* at Wellington this morning from Auckland, and will berth at the King’s Wharf. Wilhelm Wilhelmsen, Oslo, have placed an order with the Deutsche Werke Kiel, for a fast cargo motor-liner of 10,000 tons dw., for delivery in December, 1933, or January, 1934.
