Soviet Prohibition London, Oct. 11. An Aucklander, Mr. K. E. Bullen, now at Cambridge University, while on a vacation tour in Russia, alighted from a train near the Polish border to photograph a military centre. Soviet armed guards pounced on him. He was taken to the local court and acquitted with a caution and allowed to continue his homeward journey next morning. Mr. Bullen saw an Australian tourist similarly detained at Moscow for forbidden buildings.
