BOXER COLLAPSES

Condition Fairly Serious INJURIES TO HEAD

After putting up a spirited showing in an amateur bantamweight contest against D. Loveridge (Miramar) at the Wellington Boxing Association’s tournament at the Winter Show Stadium last night, G. Wilson, of Sliverstream, collapsed. He was conveyed by the Free Ambulance to the hospital, where it was found that he was suffering from severe head injuries. Late last night his condition was reported to be fairly serious.
