OBITUARY

Mrs. Madeline Duret News has been received at Wellington of the death in Beilingen, New South Wales, of Mrs. Madeline Duret, late of New Zealand. Madame Duret was a painter and some years ago a keen golfer and tennis player at Manly. She was formerly hon. secretary of the ladies' section of the Manly Golf Club. Her husband, who was secretary of the Manly Golf Club, predeceased her some six years ago. Her only daughter, Mrs. Triglone, is champion of the Manly Golf Club. Mr. Ralph Duret, of Woy Woy, is her son. Mrs. Duret has two brothers in New Zealand, Mr. R. E. Rawnsley, of Wellington, and Mr. E. G.' Rawnsley, of Christchurch, and one sister, Miss H. Rawnsley, late of the New Zealand Government.
