Tablet to Late Mr. J. P. Firth In memory of the late Mr. J. P. Firth, a tablet will be unveiled at Wellington College this afternoon. The tablet, which has been erected by the . Old Boys’ Association in memory of the school’s great headmaster, will be unveiled by Mr. G. Mitchell, chairman of the College Board of Governors. Colonel R. St. J. Beere, president of the Old Boys’ Association, will also take part in the ceremony, to which former masters, old boys, and friends are invited.

Mr. Oliver Nicholson,., chairman of directors of the Bank of New Zealand, arrived from Auckland yesterday and is staying at the Midland Hotel.
