k r pilE famous Jewish comedian, Julian x Rose, has at last been persuaded to appear in a film for the first time in his career, Basil Dean having secured his services for the next Gracie Fields' picture, “Looking on the Bright Side.” This picture, in which Gracie Fields and Richard Dolman are appearing, is already in production, and well up to schedule. The story has been written by Archie Pitt, Miss Fields’ husband, and will be co-directod by Basil Dean and Graham Cutts. “Looking on the Bright Side” is also the title of the theme song.
