SAILORS’ FRIEND SOCIETY
Thursday’s programme for seafarers at the Sailors’ Friend Society, which was arranged by Mrs. N. Ody, aroused much enthusiasm among her guests. The performers were Mesdames N. Ody, Metcalf, Grylls, Misses Radcliff, M. Farrent, P. Scott, J. Irwin, and Messrs. Bevan. J. Scarrott, McNair. D. O'Leary, W. Thompson It. Goldstein, and Alex. Scott. Mrs. Metcalf was at the piano. Prizes for the competitions came from Mrs. Hayes, and went to men awaiting ships. The committee and the missioner desire to thank jie ®aa# do>ae®s ©2 ©wis; Mffii h ffassaw.
