Miss B. Gaisford’s Win Dominion Special Service Palmerston North, August 4When playing in a club championship match on the Ilokowhitu links yesterday afternoon, the Dominion champion, Miss B. Gaisford, defeated Miss M. Garner on the twenty-first green. Miss Garner was 2 up at. the turn. 3 up at the eleventh and 3 up at the fourteenth, with only four holes to go. Miss Gaisford won the next three succeeding holes, while the eighteenth was halved with the scores ali square. The nineteenth and the twentieth were halved, but Miss Gaisford won the twenty-first with a birdie four.
