Labour Leader’s Advocacy REVOLUTIONARY METHODS Dublin, July 27. Speaking at the Trade Union Congress at Cork, Mr. W. Norton, Labour leader in the Dail Eireann, said that the Government would have to recognise that revolutionary methods must be adopted to meet the present crisis. No traditional capitalism must be allowed to stand in the way. ’ Meanwhile the Customs officers on the Ulster border have been reinforced at all lonely spots in order to counteract smuggling. Forty-six cattle were captured in oue haul, the drivers hoping to evade payment of £2OO duties. The drivers fled when they saw the police, leaving the cattle to be impounded.
