BUSINESS ADVISERS

Ottawa Delegations CAPITAL AND LABOUR London, April 13. In the House of Commons, Lb® Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. J. H. Thomas, stated that the Dominion Governments had approved the proposal to attach business advisers to the British delegation at Ottawa. Mr. Thomas, in answer to questions, said that the Dominions’ replies showed that they understood and appreciated the reasons for the inclusion of business advisers in the British delegation. The numbers of the representatives of Capital and Labour would be limited. The Government would meet the cost. Captain Macdonald (C.): Are the Dominions sending similar advisers? Mr. Thomas: That rests with them. The British advisers are going in order to give first-hand information in the negotiations concerning particular industries.
