CUSTOMS BARRIERS

London, April 11. “The Times” correspondent at Rome says that the Fascist Grand Council declares that it is necessary to renounce war debts and reparations and to remove Customs barriers before they reduce international trade to complete anaemia. The council also considers it necessary to revise within the framework of the League of Nations the clauses in the peace treaties containing grounds of unrest and eventual war, and to abandon the summoning of unduly frequent international conferences "which by arousing unfulfilled hopes InDrease friction.”
