MOTORMAN’S FUNERAL
Tramxvay Officers Attend
About 200 members of the uniform branch of the tramways department, besides some of the staff officers, attended the funeral of Motorman Arthur Hurne at Karori yesterday morning. The uniform men preceded the cortege through the main streets of the city. The late Mr. Hurne had been in the tramways service as conductor and motonnali for the past 15 or 16 years. He was in his fiftysecond year.
