LOWER HUTT COURT
In the Lower Hutt Magistrate’s Court, Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., granted orders of separation and guardianship of the children to Emily Martin against Leslie Harold Martin. Maintenance was fixed at £l/10/- a week for the wife and 15/for each of the two children. William Crook was ordered to pay his wife, Lillian Crook, maintenance at the rate of 7/6 a week. Frederick Arthur Thomas was ordered to pay his wife, Sarah Thomas, maintenance at the rate of 12/6 a week, and 1/- a week oft £5 for past maintenance.'
