MASKED BALL

Picturesque Costumes A masked fancy dress dance held in the Elrick Rooms, Wanganui, on Wednesday night, proved to be one of the most popular events of the winter. The dance was organised by the city Plunket committee in aid of the city baby's funds. Practically everyone wore fancy dress, and the costumes were beautiful and picturesque.
