Payment to be Made RESULTS OF BALLOTS By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, July 4. Regarding the proposal that the miners should not pay the unemployment levies, the Greymouth “Star" authoritatively understands that ballots of miners throughout the Dominion did not give the required three-fifths majority to carry the proposal, therefore the levy. wIU ba paid in the meantime.
